Project enquiries

When you submit the contact form, SCS receives your name, email and message, plus company and service category if provided. The website sends the enquiry through the SCS backend and enquiry notification workflow so the team can review it and respond. It is not a public post or a message to a private Yoda agent.

Send only what is needed to explain the project. Do not include passwords, API keys, sensitive customer records or payment-card details. Ask for an agreed secure channel when a project needs confidential material.

FAQ search

Typed FAQ searches run on your device against a reviewed catalogue. No model receives the search and no message is sent to sales. Closing the FAQ clears its current interaction when the panel unmounts. Its answers cannot change terms, approve refunds or book a slot.

Calculator drafts and browser preferences

If you choose to carry an ROI summary to the contact page, the website temporarily keeps that draft in this tab's session storage, not in the URL. It expires after 30 minutes and is removed after a successful enquiry or when you clear it. Browser storage also supports interface preferences and any survey progress you choose to save. Shared-device users should clear their browser data after use.

Research and subscriptions

Atrium research is optional and separate from commissioning a product. Review the research consent before submitting a survey. A project enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing; a newsletter subscription is a separate action.

Technical processing and measurement

The hosting, API and notification providers process requests needed to operate the website. First-party website logs record page paths, fixed interaction types and catalogue IDs to measure which pages help visitors. Enquiry contents and typed FAQ questions are never included in these measurement events. No advertising tracker or persistent visitor ID is created. Measurement respects your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Access, correction, retention or deletion

Contact sales@spacecodestudios.com to ask what enquiry information SCS holds, request a correction or deletion, or ask about retention and service providers. The team handles requests subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations. This website does not state an unverified fixed retention period.

External destinations
